Once you have reviewed the applicable policy, please contact the office if you have any additional questions or would like to officially request the use of the facility.
General use policy:

Church/Agency Form:
If you are interested in using our facilities and plan on having any Biblical teaching, submit this form with an outline of the lesson so that we can ensure Biblical accuracy.
